Those who know me know that I'm not one to watch my waist line. A number of notches on my belt can most certainly be attributed to gorging on freshly baked produce. I've never made my own Croissants from scratch as I feel guilty from the amount of butter going into them but that guilt doesn't seem to overwhelm me sufficiently when I catch a waft of freshly baked goodness. Everything in moderation, right?
And within that moderation, be sure to keep it to just good food, good wine and good times and you will not go wrong!
